Fatimah Islamic Hospital Cilacap has the task of assisting government programs in the field of health services through efforts to improve, prevent, cure and restore public health.

To achieve this program, Fatimah Islamic Hospital Cilacap has set a Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Motto, and Goals which are determined by the Decree of the Management of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital Foundation Cilacap, No. 22/YRSIFC/IX/2020, dated November 16, 2020 concerning Determination of Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Motto, and Goals: 22/YRSIFC/IX/2020, dated November 16, 2020 concerning Determination of Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Motto, Value dan Tagline/Positioning Rumah Sakit Islam Fatimah Cilacap.

    3. Build hospital networks at various levels and collaborate with strategic partners for service development.
    4. Develop a comfortable and modern hospital building according to standards
    5. Provide medical equipment according to standards and keep up with the development of science and technology.
    6. Develop innovative and responsive management tools and information technology that are able to respond to global challenges.
    7. Providing quality, professional and Islamic services to achieve customer satisfaction by prioritizing patient safety and work safety.
    8. Implement hospital accreditation standards and Sharia standards in services.
    9. Play an active role in the implementation of National Programs (PONEK, DOTS, HIV/AIDS, PPRA and Geriatric services)
