On September 10, 1992 Fatimah Cilacap Islamic Hospital obtained an Operational License based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No: 0846/YK/RSKS/PA/IX/92, then sequentially the operational license of Fatimah Cilacap Islamic Hospital as follows:

  1. Izin Tetap Perpanjangan (I) berdasarkan Surat  Keutusan Mentri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No: YM.02.04.3.5.5719 dated April 15, 1998.

  2. Permanent License Extension (II) based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. YM.02.04.2.2.304 dated January 30, 2004: YM.02.04.2.2.304 dated January 30, 2004.

  3. Permanent License Extension (III) based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. HK.07.06/III/3669/08 dated October 13, 2008: HK.07.06/III/3669/08 dated October 13, 2008.

  4. Operational License from Cilacap Regent based on Decree of Cilacap Regent Number: 445/247/15/YEAR 2015 dated March 27, 2015.

  5. Operational License from Cilacap Regent based on Decree of Cilacap Regent Number: 445/551/16/TAHUN 2020 dated April 14, 2020 (valid until April 2025).

  6. Izin Operasional dari Bupati Cilacap berdasarkan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko Nomor : 02202043909320005 tanggal 27 Maret 2025 berlaku sampai tanggal 26 Maret 2030.
