Fatimah Islamic Hospital Cilacap is a hospital under the ownership of Fatimah Islamic Hospital Foundation Cilacap. Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Fatimah Cilacap (YARUSIF) which is located at Jalan Insinyur Haji Juanda Number 20 RT 001/009 Kebonmanis Village, North Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency is a Foundation established based on laws and regulations that have been legalized based on the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-709.AH.01. .04 of 2011, dated February 1, 2011 concerning the Ratification of the Fatimah Cilacap Islamic Hospital Foundation and Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-53.AH.01.05 of 2014, dated July 1, 2014 concerning Approval of Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Fatimah Cilacap Islamic Hospital Foundation.

Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Fatimah Cilacap (YARUSIF) as a Foundation engaged in the social sector, was originally the Cilacap Islamic Hospital Foundation (YARUSI) established based on the Foundation Establishment Deed Number: 55, dated July 20, 1983, made before Notary Endang Soedarwati, S.H., Notary in Cilacap.

Initially the Cilacap Islamic Hospital Foundation established a Health Clinic / Medical Center in 1986. The Treatment Center slowly grew and developed so that on September 10, 1992 based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No: 0846/YK/RSKS/PA/IX/92 dated September 10, 1992 it officially became a Hospital with the name RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM FATIMAH CILACAP.

Currently, the Organs of Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Fatimah Cilacap based on the deed of the Decree of the Meeting of Trustees of Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Fatimah Cilacap dated January 08, 2022 which was notarized by deed Number 39 dated March 30, 2022 by Notary Imam Syuhada, SH, the composition is as follows:
